Whilst working at Jack Morton and other leading agencies including Imagination, Interbrand and R/GA, his clients have included Google, Diageo, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Shell, Mars, Heineken, Nike, Unilever, Samsung, Siemens and Vodafone.

An entrepreneurial, disruptive thinker, Damian is passionate about developing ground-breaking solutions through innovative products, services and experiences to reimagine, transform, and future-proof businesses.

A regular industry commentator, Damian is also an active participant of judging panels – including BIMA, The Creative Circle, CreativePool, D&AD and The Effies - where he gets to indulge his love of creativity, craft and effectiveness.
