Taste of London's official champagne partner Laurent-Perrier joined forces with exclusive chef partners, inviting guests to celebrate the 50th year of its revolutionary Cuvée Rosé.
Hosted in Laurent-Perrier's eco farmhouse, guests were immersed in the processes of turning field to fork, and grape into glass with a luxurious organic tasting menu and champagne masterclass, like never seen before.
Celebrating winemaking innovation, provenance and sustainability, Laurent-Perrier joined forces with pioneering farmer Igor Vaintraub of Indie Ecology alongside five of London's most revered restaurants, including Adam Handling's The Frog, Ikoyi, Roganic, The Modern Pantry and Club Gascon.
Each chef masterclass transformed ingredients fresh from the farm into an organic feast, with a series of mouth-watering and exquisite tasting dishes.
Accompanied by Laurent-Perrier's iconic Cuvée Rosé, guests went "behind-the-label" and learned about the wine's ground-breaking history, marking a half-century since the launch of Cuvée Rosé, the original "modern" rosé champagne.
