'Experience Analytics' is a Deloitte owned, client-attended event showcasing the latest data, analytics and digital trends relating to their business strategy. The event had a focus on how organisations can design and build the right skills, approaches, technology and culture to move to 'insight-driven' decision making.
Audience were engaged by Deloitte to produce the event experience, held at Tobacco Dock over one day in November 2017. One of the main objectives was to provide an immersive event environment suitable for an audience comprising C-Suite employees, clients and partners. Moving away from traditional conferencing, Audience approached the design of the event with the consumer journey at the forefront of the mind. Through the use of the latest technology the client was able to track delegate engagement with the event.
Interactive demonstrations on partner and sponsor stands created an immersive environment in the exhibition hall, whilst two bespoke Deloitte stands highlighted their leading knowledge of the latest technology being used in business strategy. A fresh layout in the breakout sessions, leading technology and content sharing in the plenaries emphasised the educational element of the event.
Audience delivered creative solutions and created an innovative event format which went above and beyond a standard event for the client. Working within tight timelines an event was delivered that exceeded client expectation and paved the way for a new style of industry event in this sector.
