The Adobe Summit EMEA 2018 returned to ICC ExCeL London. Focused on the future of digital marketing 6000 delegates from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa gathered to experience the largest digital marketing conference. As the event is multifaceted we also had to ensure each area delivered in its own right, so as the delegate moved between the varying spaces the event continued to surprise and captivate. These areas included an Exhibition/community space, Main Plenary space for 6000, a celebration space, an executive private meeting area and 15 breakout spaces.
With the conference focusing on how to deliver personal and engaging customer experiences, it was vital that the event practised what it preached and delivered the wow-factor for delegates. We had to create different, relevant and engaging experiences that were memorable and influenced by the emerging technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence). We had to create a central interactive experience that showcased Adobe's new Machine learning AI engine 'Adobe Sensei' in a bold innovative manner that was approachable and simple yet educate the wow the audience.
